What is PHYSNIQUES?

 

PHYSNIQUES is a fun, exhilarating and effective fitness system that blends a fusion of Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggaeton, Salsa, Pop, Rock & World music to burn off fat, build strength and epitomize our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. We work on our fitness, moderate our food consumption, watch our calories, breathe & smile a lot & celebrate the progress we make reaching our fitness goals.

 

Founded by certified group fitness trainers, Brenda Jeanne Wyche and daughter, Helena, Physniques Weight Loss & Body Tone is a health & fitness system which includes a blend of power moves inspired by Northern Shaolin style Kung Fu, Japanese Goju-Ryu karate, Qigong & Middle Eastern belly dance, executed in a fun, safe and effective way.

 

Dress comfortably. Wear whatever allows you to move freely. Sexy is encouraged. You may wear shorts, stretch pants, tank tops, sports bras, colors, hip scarves, blingy things. Think beautiful & powerful, BRING WATER, a towel, and be ready to have fun!
